BOXING CIRCUITS

The Boxing circuits are a fun filled and sweaty affair
focusing on cardio fitness, toning and co-ordination
The 60 minute class includes:
Two revolutions of the following
- resistance circuit using fitballs, dumbells, pin loaded machines, bodyweight lunges
- Boxing pad work, usually done outdoors on the edge of the river
Then
- a cooldown and stretch
