BOXING CIRCUITS

The Boxing circuits are a fun filled and sweaty affair

focusing on cardio fitness, toning and co-ordination

The 60 minute class includes:

Two revolutions of the following

  • resistance circuit using fitballs, dumbells, pin loaded machines, bodyweight lunges
  • Boxing pad work, usually done outdoors on the edge of the river

Then

  • a cooldown and stretch

CLASS TIMES

Monday  7.00pm

Wednesday 6.00am

Thursday  7.30pm

Saturday  7.30am
