All classes are freelance, meaning the instructors have the freedom to use whatever skills, tools and imagination necessary to keep you challenged.
New Saturday Monster!
Saturday at 7am- we have a 90 minute Monster class. 45 minutes of boxing pad straight into 45 minutes of spin. Do either or both!
Now you don’t have to sign up for a bootcamp course, on Wednesdays at 6am Shannon hosts a Bootcamp. It’s free for gold members or you can pay for a casual class. In her words when asked what tasks she is going to instruct “whatever it takes to smash ‘em!”
