RIVERSIDE MEMBERS RAISE $225 FOR KODA’S FAMILY!

On Feb 25, Riversides members sweated and grunted their way to raising $225 for a local family who have had a tough time. . Koda was born prematurely at 25 weeks and has endured an incredible journey just to survive. This has taken it’s toll on the his family.

The challenge involved

-30 minutes of Spin with Leah

-30 minutes of circuit with Shannon

-30 minutes of Muay Thai kick and elbow with Marc

-30 minutes of Pilates with Dave

A Massive thanks to Wendy at JUICE IT UP BALLINA for her donation of food and award vouchers

We are looking for another worthwhile local charity for the next event in 4 weeks time

On Saturday 5th of November 30 sweaty and exhausted bodies raised over $500 for Biala special School. The class consisted of a 30 minute spin class, a 30 minute boxing class and a 30 minute weights circuit. Thank you to those that participated.

Riversides 12 week waist loss challenge.

Amazing results for both Janet and Glenda. Janet lost 11kgs and 54cm in measurements. Glenda lost an incredible 15.5cm from her waist in the 12 weeks.
