Funct Strength

Functional Strength is an intense low impact toning class. Individually choreographed each week by your instructor, the techniques used in this class are derived from many different modes of training such as Pilates, Circuit training, Resistance training and traditional sculpting exercises. Entry level participants are welcome, as there is no running or jumping in this class. The class may involve the use of dumbbells, barbells, step platforms, swiss balls and resistance bands.
